Update readme for better understanding of Variables

One cool feature of HTTP is that you can store variables on a global context and use for all further requests. While we do have a short section talking about it on README.md I think we should make it more obvious.

This can be done by executing

http -V token=TOKEN-VALUE

Now all profiles that references {token} will automatic receive TOKEN-VALUE.
