Add a silent output option

Description

The normal output of the tool is quite verbose and make it impossible to pipe output to other command line tools like jq or grep. It would be great to have a -s (--silent) option to make the output similar to cURL, writing only the response body if available.

Acceptance Criteria

There's an option -s, --silent that when enabled makes the output only contain the response body.
