Unit tests #48

Hi @danielinux
I am planning to try to fix the currently broken unit tests, mainly due to the change of the pico_stack_init definition (which requires a struct pico_stack **S as argument now).
Before to submit any work, I would like to have my current pull requests reviewed and merged if everything is ok. This will allow me to rebase my wip branch and to lower the amount of changes for a future review.
Let me know if there's anything specific you need help with.
