How to execute the SVC instruction in Hyp mod?

Hello.
When the HCR.TGE bit is set to 1, the Supervisor Call exception generated by execution of an SVC instruction in Non-secure User mode is routed to Hyp mode.

I want to execute the SVC instruction in Hyp mode and then return Guest OS. 
What should I do ?
