is it possible to add Win32 / Win64 / Linux binary ?

Hi, following the official website About GitLab CI at GitLab Runner section, there is already have many binaries for gitlab-ci-runner (means there is no need to create a Linux binary in this project), and also this project is compiled in x86_64 architecture, it means gitlab-ci-runner-win is compatible running in Win32 and Win64 environment.
