Hi
Having issues with HTTP request as per git clone i shouldn't have any issues. Please see below output from my env:

(py3-venv) [devnet@CentOS7 virlutils]$ virl up --provision virlfiles/sdwan
Creating default environment from topology.virl
Exception raised while running your command
Please open an issue and provide this info:
HTTPConnectionPool(host='your.virl.server', port=19399): Max retries exceeded with url: /openstack/rest/networks (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.HTTPConnection object at 0x7f835125a7b8>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known',))
