Subject: [PATCH] Update README.md

Added what I've found are my most important/valuable questions (a.ka. the ones that bit me in the butt later for not asking). The red flags you might look for here are (IMHO):
- we don't have a design team (or a designer)
- nobody has ownership over the product's UI/UX (or its _kind of_ the product owner or developers)
- the product owner manages the project (instead of working with clients/customers to determine product features)
- we have no exit strategy
