Feature request: Add native support for xAI/Grok API as a provider #56

Hi! Loving the concept of Siftly! The local-first approach and mindmap are awesome.
Would love to use my xAI/Grok API key instead of (or alongside) Anthropic/OpenAI, since Grok's truth-seeking style and real-time X context fit perfectly with processing X bookmarks.
xAI's API is OpenAI-compatible (same /chat/completions endpoint), so it might not need huge changes — just a new key field in Settings, baseURL override, and model selection (grok-beta / grok-4 etc.).
