[Bug] API keys didn't take priority

Describe the bug

I configured OpenAI API keys, but Siftly still trying to use my Codex subscription to categorize bookmarks.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login in codex with chatgpt subscription.
2. Set openai api key in Siftly settings
3. Start ai categorization

Expected behavior

When key is set then app should use it as priority as it says in the text, instead of using codex subscription.
