Add link to live train details

It would be nice to have the option of clicking on a service and be redirected to NR's website with latest details of a service: https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/live-trains/details/?sid=202401087124843&type=departures&targetCrs=BMH&filterCrs=RDG (for a service from Bournemouth to Reading).
