Analyze hovered champions in draft

Last version it didn't count my own hover, which was great.
I want to signal my intent to my team, but still compare my options.

Now after the update, it counts my own hover (support) as "already picked", and doesn't let me look at support champ winrates to compare.

I currently can only use this feature if I don't hover my own champ.
It should just ignore the player's own hover.

I tried to reproduce this issue in a custom game but didn't manage too. Let me know if it happens again and I'll try to reproduce it in a normal game later
