Support for CVRPTW in Your Algorithm #50

Hello!
I must say that the performance of the CVRP algorithm you have implemented is truly impressive! However, it seems that it currently does not support the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (CVRPTW).
I noticed that in your earlier paper titled "A hybrid genetic algorithm with adaptive diversity management for a large class of vehicle routing problems with time-windows," you presented a solution for the CVRPTW problem. Unfortunately, there is no source code provided for that implementation.
Would you consider updating this open-source project in the future to include support for the CVRPTW problem? It would be a great addition and very helpful for those working on similar projects.
