EDGE_WEIGHT_FORMAT keyword in vrp file is not supported

Hello, I tried simple vrp file that works in lkh-3 and in your solver it is not supported. Can the solver find a solution for ACVRP instances ?

Thanks for noting this! I will add an ACVRP benchmark in a forthcoming release, so we have a clear input type defined for this problem as well as unit tests during commits. I keep you posted.
