I clone this repository but there is no setup.py file? how can I use PyPlanScoring?

Hello,

This package is still alpha, so I did not release it as a global python package (setup.py script).
After you download it you can setup a python project on your IDE, and use it embedded as a local package.

For example, if you use VSCODE you can set up the source code dir as "${workspaceFolder}".
If you use Pycharm, you can open a project on the folder you downloaded the source code.

Somehow, your PYTHONPATH variable should have the source code dir, included.

Thank you so much. As you said I do this and work properly. Now my question is, how to choose "end_cap_size" and "calc_grid" parameters? because I used end_cap_size = 1.5 and calc_grid = (0.1, 0.1, 0.1) and it took a long time to calculate DVH.
