[bug] Connection to Technic Move device often fails on Android

Seems the latest firmware 1.8.2.0 of Technic Move Hub seems to be causing quite often bluetooth connection issues.
The brick is connected but fails to enable notification on Android due to awaiting OnDescriptorWrite callback tilll the device disconnects due to some timeout (typically 30 seconds).

This seems to be some Android issue as it obviously happens after reconnection, but disapears if the app is restarted.

I have been testing today. My a51 connect way worse then my s23 ultra. Somtimes it works three times in an row and sometimes it takes 5 times.

@rwijnhov Yes, sometimes it's tricky. Still investigating, this seems to be related to the Android and the hub probably requires different steps of initialziation / BLE command writing.
My experiments are tracked under #192, have no idea about ETA.
