Description
The long question, textarea and short textarea by having different form elements suggest that the issue is specific to the type of field. Might be worth using the same layout on each so the other differences are more highlighted?
Some other examples you could look at adding:
- details components being used for short content where that content could just be shown instead (similar argument to accordions).
- content (not hints) sitting between fields on a layout which could be missed by a screen-reader user in forms mode.
- relying on prefixes/suffixes (from http://GOV.UK text input component) to convey information. As these are not conveyed to screen-reader users we need to make sure this information is included in the question.
