Hi Olivier!
I've just released new version of XDR-GTK with a new feature for better static RDS PS decoding.
I'm calculating a possible error level of each RDS PS character, as follows:


x = 2 * BLOCK_2 + 3 * BLOCK_4 where BLOCK_2 and BLOCK_4 can be: 0 - no errors 1 - max 2-bit correction 2 - max 5-bit correction
