UDX Container doesn't build java UDXs

Running vsdk-make in the examples directory errors out on java UDXs. It should be able to build UDX containers, too. The makefile's test target should be able to just run vsdk-make with no arguments in the example directory and build everything.

We should pick up the changes to the Kubernetes container that allows the use of Java UDxes there.

Should we add R UDxes to the list of things the container supports, or should that be a separate issue?
