Center Button Problem

Hello,
i have the problem with center button.
I put the probe in the center of the 22mm diameter rod, more or less, and enter these values:
Search distance: 2
Latch distance: 1
Diameter stylus: 3
xy clearance: 2
edge lenght: 11
depth search: 1.5
The points x +, x-, y- find them, while the probe moves it does not reach -13 but stops at -10.360 and starts to descend the probe in z with consequent error error z probe because it presses on the piece.
From the manual it should first Y- and then Y +, instead it does X- X + Y + Y-.
