Missing information in readme.

Hi.

Php-resque requires ext-pcntl extension and that information is not visible clearly in readme. This extension is not available on Windows so this should be stated in requirements.

This is in the composer.json file, in the require section. But yeah it would be nice to have it in the readme as well.
