Remove white background when scrolling at page edge

When going all the way down on the page, and you keep on scrolling, the blue page jumps up and reveals a white background. Change the background to the same blue or stop scrolling at the bottom of the page.

The same applies for the top of the page when scrolling upwards, or when scrolling too far left/right
