[Feature,maps]: Option to match if either quantity OR quality is selected

Describe the bug
Two types of qualities added, match any quality checked, and the regex only passes maps that have both qualities on the map.

To Reproduce
I tested with 60 quantity and 50 rarity, and match any checked.

This isn't a bug, this should be tagged as a feature request:

Match any of the quality types (disable this to match ALL selected quality)

Is for quality, not general quantity. I'll add this to the backlog.

Do you have any suggestion on how the UI should look to make it clear?

My mistake. I suggest just rename the checkbox to something similar (that would already make the functionality's purpose clear), like: 'Match ANY selected filter (disable to match ALL)
