feat: send GNSS data from a gps receiver attached to the computer #436
Description
use case: VESC's for controlling a rover tethered via USB to an internet connected SBC, no vesc express. I have the GNSS receiver connected to this computer for high level navigation tasks but low level navigation tasks (heading and cruise control) are handled on the VESC so it would be nice to send the gnss data
possibility: when running on an android/iphone the phones location could be used as the GNSS source
