Failed to load BANNER ad: No response. A resource failed to call end. 

Would you mind helping me out, i've been trying for days.
i used "com.startapp.sdk.com.209541396" as my APP ID and  "com.joshuailuma.my_app" as my startApp ID in my AndroidManifest file.
I reversed it and nothing seems to be working.
