option not to plot

Hi Vasilis,
I am using the generic_ews.R function for extracting EWS on a larger dataset with about a billion time series. The automatic plotting made it pretty tedious to run. It might be handy for processing larger amounts of data to provide an option to switch off the automatic plotting.
