No warning if you specify a non-existent destination charset

$ catdoc -d BOGUS /path/to/my.doc

does not warn that it can't find the character set mapping BOGUS.txt; it silently ignores the command-line option and uses the current locale.

Run catdoc -l to find the list of available character sets.
