Add the [PanStarsr](https://panstarrs.stsci.edu/) survey to the sky view (currently it uses the [SkyView](https://astroquery.readthedocs.io/en/latest/skyview/skyview.html?highlight=survey) query). As of today (29/06/18), Skyview cannot query the PanStarrs survey, either find another way or check if it does now that you're in the future.
