How can i use this code for streaming my aac or Ogg file #9

sir,
is it possible to use your source code directly or i have to made some changes
in it to stream my Ogg / acc radio stream on android device IF yes than what
are the changes... now in newer version ogg support by android but it takes 20
sec to play audio stream..do you have any solution for this
