Horizontal Text Scrolling missing in Mass Edit - Scripts, but present in Mass Edit - Window

To Reproduce
Type a long line of text (that goes out of bounds) into textbox in Mass Edit - Scripts and put your cursor on the far side of text, it should scroll the text towards your cursor. Not sure if it's intended but Mass Edit - Window functions this way and it's better (due to this you can't really see what text is "outside" of the textbox bounds in Mass Edit - Scripts)
