Oceanic entry fix with more than 5 characters resets the entire form

The requirement makes sense, but resetting the entire form does not. Would appreciate if validation was done before submitting the form to avoid this, or at the very least adding a simple help text as a reminder.

And just to confirm, this is also the case when creating a manual clearance as ATC :)
