CLI command for complete sample processing

Would be useful to have one command that does all of:

1. Add sample
2. Import VCF files
3. Import BED files
4. Activate sample
5. Annotate sample variation data sources

Some of these steps trigger an asynchronous task on the server, where the next step depends on its result. Need to think about how to deal with that.
