Catch GeneratorException

When streaming stdout/stderr or any other streamed file sometimes a GeneratorException is raised most probably when the client shuts down the connection or the file is empty or not ready yet. The exact causes have to be investigated but for the time being the exception should be caught otherwise the service seems to stack either permanently or until gc runs and cleans the pending errors.
