Allow sample indicators to be shown for only a subset of all the samples #16
Description
It seems from my testing that sample indicators must be shown for all samples in the data.
However, it would be nice if indicators could be specified for just some of the samples. (E.g. want to flag two samples as replicates).
In this situation sample indicators would be shown only for some samples, and the rest would be blank.
