support basepath for url

Hi! I would like to request support for custom a subpath (like `/kompanion`) in this project. I have already implemented a version that enables this behavior using an environment variable (`KOMPANION_URL_PREFIX`).  I will submit a pull request shortly—please review and consider merging it.
