README doesn't mention docker.

I went to `./quickstart.sh`, it did it's thing, and it ended with:

```
Starting Docker containers in background...
unable to get image 'node:20': Cannot connect to the Docker daemon...
```

You should make it clear in the readme that it needs docker.
