finally it happens that this task is important but we have two kind of storages here. the one that is used for version control and the one that is used for importing / exporting.

the one that is used for version control is the most important has it allows for online versioning and realtime edits of files. also it is possible to export word versions online.

but there is other kind of storages like the one that is used for tracking and exporting from / to multiple sources.

that one is equally important as it is the one that is gonna be sharepoint or google drive or icloud and the one is gonna be the one that we are using to track / export changes.
