eix doesn't understand license groups

It would be nice to list all non-@FREE installed ebuilds like: eix -I --not -L @FREE, or use some of the other groups such as @BINARY-REDISTRIBUTABLE.

Nice idea, but rather cumbersome to implement. Due to lack of time, I will not implement this, but it somebody steps forward and does the work, I would be happy to include it.
