Joined Date too Dark on Dark Mode

Bug Description

The joined date text is in too dark of a colour for the background its on, making it hard to read.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Check to see Crew Centre is in dark mode
2. Go to User Management;
3. Manage Users;
4. Click a user, any user; and
5. Observe their join date and how dark it is and hard to see

Expected Behavior

Lighter colour for better seeing
