`von_preview.tex` breaks when adding/editing multiple problems

If I am in the process of adding one problem and I go to edit another problem (before I have finished with the first one), von_preview.tex updates to the new problem (and doesn't switch back to the old one).

How to reproduce:

von add foo
von add bar
# Once "bar" is closed, von_preview.tex still links to the file for "bar" (not "foo").

It seems fixing this would require storing some other state information. Don't know if I see an obvious way to do this, suggestions welcome.

Maybe it's possible to update `von_preview.tex` every time a file change is detected?

von isn't a daemon, just a oneshot Python program, so i do not see how to do this cleanly; if you do, consider submitting a PR.

one option might be that when von starts up, it reads the currently edited file before overwriting it, and restores it once the process ends. however, this only works with up to two problems. if you open A, open B, open C, then close B and close C, you'd end up pointing to B with this approach.
