"Last updated" display for data source

Often times users want to know the last time the database was refreshed (or we want to visually verify an update). Displaying a "Last Updated" or "Last Refreshed" could be beneficial.

It seems like this could be added to network.Identity, which would also allow networked instances to return their counts (if set).

If others would find this of use, where would be the best place to put this? It could go in the dropdown that shows databases available to query. It could also be added to the detail of a query result.
