I was planning to update the icesat-2 "awesome" github page, which Jessica moved to a new org last week ICESat-2/awesome-icesat2#3 (comment)

Alex: continuation of work on the SnowEx cookbook. Pulled off main, check on environments. ICESat-2 cookbook check-in.
Zach: figured out how to fix Alex's issue regarding one of the snow cookbook tutorials. PR is pending.
Ben: virtual instanity check in.
Jessica: collecting ideas on how to diagram ecosystem discussions. Compile a text list of the recommendations coming out of the hackweek.

Summary of activities:
Alex, Zach and Anthony merged existing PRs for notebook updates and looked through the clean version. Then updated the TOC with any remaining tutorials and Zach will work on a list of prioritized next steps.
Scott and Jessica did some housekeeping with the new ICESat-2 repo.
Anthony will move the ICESat-2 cookbook to the new repo next week.
