Shablona website broken?

I can't find it on RTD: https://readthedocs.org/projects/shablona/

since #32 is already an issue, maybe a good time to switch to gh-pages? I can make a PR setting up gh-pages to build with travis, then you could insert the uwescience github API in a subsequent PR?
