extend class diagram for sensor manager #32

What problem are you trying to solve?
Currently there is no opportunity to request information about the sensor (config) from the sensor manager. But this opportunity is probably wanted and therefor should be modeled
How do you propose to solve it?
- add getter methods in the Sensor class to get information about default values
- add methods to the SensorManager to get information about the SensorConfig classes
