[Feature] If user has already entered values for user profile they should see their entered option with option to edit it

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Whenever a user has already entered his user profile details, they should see their details when they go to /user_profile url. They are instead shown by default values to enter for their profile irrespective of if they had saved it earlier.
