Add support for non-standard calendars such as 5-5-4 and put an indicator when comparing imbalanced periods

Package currently supports only "standard" calendar (eg. 31 days in January, 365 days a year except for leap years, etc).

Add support for 5-5-4 calendars (each quarter is made up of two five week periods followed by a single 4 week period) and add an indicator whenever we compare non-standard periods (eg. January MTD vs. February MTD) to indicator the number of non-comparable days in the period.
