Add a command-line interface to list and set the resolution?

The avibrazil/RDM version of RDM has a cli, avibrazil#19.
However, I don't seem to find a cli in /Applications/RDM.app/Contents/MacOS/ in this fork.
It would be a great bonus to have support for that.
