Description
It would be good to very briefly explain some SQL lingo throughout the notebooks, for example "primary keys" e.g. this appears in out[6] in in '01.Basics.ipynb' primary_key=True, nullable=False. Primary Keys, Foreign Keys, Attributes etc. are fairly standard terminology and it would be worth noting those concepts –- just in a line or two. How are you guys handling .ipynb. edits at the moment?
