Color picker has changed since platform-client update

The color picker seen on http://preview.ushahidi.com/platform-pattern-library/master/assets/html/5_layouts/settings-survey-edit.html has changed since we implemented this in the client.

Can we either:

• Revert this in the pattern library, and move the new version to its own branch until we're ready to implement
• Schedule this for implementation in the client

The change was in the service of addressing @aoduor's reported issue regarding custom color picking: ushahidi/platform#1099

@willdoran is aware of the implementation. He and I have discussed how I built it. But I'm not sure where it is in the pipeline.

I'd advocate it be scheduled for implementation in the client.
