Update CLIProductBuilder to extend/use ProductBuilder #110
Description
Why is there a CLIProductBuilder that does not extend the normal ProductBuilder, but then there is an EIDSInputWedge that does extend the normal ProductBuilder, but then implicitly depends on the CLIProductBuilder (via static properties).
