Description
A proposal to implement a Suppression List, automatically populated from SES bounces and complaints.
A new /suppressions UI to list suppressed emails/contacts with an option to add email/contact manually via CSV file upload or textarea input.
While adding an email into the suppression list, a reason for the suppression can be selected (e.g. "Manual", "Hard Bounce", "Complaint").
There may also be an option to manage the suppressions via API.
